Tour overview

Rome is not discovered only by walking. It is also discovered by tasting, with criteria.

Taste Rome is an evening food & wine experience designed as a guided walk through some selected places in the city, where food and wine become a way to read Rome without tiring it, and without getting tired.

It’s not a tour to taste everything. It is an experience built on precise choices.

Each stop is selected for what it represents, not for the amount of things it can offer.

During the route there will be three wine tastings — sparkling, white and red — paired with carefully chosen food, together with a moment dedicated to Roman street food, experienced in the places where it is part of daily life.

Taste thus becomes a guide: it helps to slow down, to recognize what matters and to let go of the superfluous.

How the tour takes place

The experience develops as a guided evening walk, with a natural and never rushed rhythm.

  • You walk, you stop, you taste
  • The stops are designed to encourage conversation and listening
  • No radio systems are used: the voice remains direct, the climate collected
  • For the youngest, there are dedicated food & soft drink options

The tour is also accessible to guests with disabilities, as long as they are accompanied.

Gastronomic stops

The route may include stops at places such as:

  • Roscioli
  • Beppe and his Cheeses
  • The Wine Corner
  • Enoteca Ferrara
  • Bona Pizza al Ghetto
