Each masterclass is designed as a moment to be lived together: kneading, cooking, tasting and sharing, with a simple but rigorous approach.
It is not a show, but real cuisine, made with hands and with care.
Lessons take place at the guests’ home or in an agreed private location, with selected ingredients and relaxed times.
